We have just launched a new and upgraded client portal.
This amazing interface allows clients to have easy, secure, online access to sign and view documents, agreements, complete information forms and upload requested documents.
It's been a labour of love to put it together, but that aim has been to allow clients an easy way to communicate with us, and share documents in a secure way. Clients can approve documents quickly and easily, by ticking a box and typing their name.
No more paper agreements, that have to be posted or visiting our office to sign. It can now be done on a smartphone!
The Client Portal is accessible via a web browser, which you can click on at the top of our website, and there is also as an app that you can download from either the Apple Store or Google Play for even easier access.
Behind the scenes we have also been hard at work digitising all client records, so that we can complete our move over to be a fully digital practice. At the core of this is security and we have worked hard to build a platform that keep clients data safe.
We continue to be proud of being the most advanced online practice in the area, and the addition of the Client Portal is another service that helps us to work smarter.
