We currently operate payroll through two systems:
- Xero Payroll - for clients whose bookkeeping in managed within Xero
- BrightPay - for clients using other systems or requiring a standalone payroll service
Both platforms allow us to deliver efficient, secure and compliant payroll support to business of all sizes.
What's Included
Our payroll service includes:
- Accurate payslip generation
- HMRC submissions (RTI filing)
- Secure digital access for employees (via portal or app)
- Standard processing of new starters and leavers
Prices start from £4.50 per employee, per pay run.
Additional charges apply for pension submissions, Auto-Enrollment duties, and optional add-ons.
Optional Add-On Services
We also offer a suite of enhanced services to support your HR and payroll needs:
- Employer and Employee Portal - access payslips, documents, and leave requests online
- Employee App - staff can view payslips, request holidays, and manage personal info
- HR Document Support - including:
- Employment contracts
- Staff handbooks and policies
- Digitised HR files via portal
- Payslip Printing & Mailing - if physical copies are required
- HR guidance - covering:
- Maternity/Paternity leave
- Sickness tracking
- Disciplinary or grievance procedures
- Redundancy management
