We've recently launched our new and upgraded client portal, powered by Engager App, giving our clients a simpler and more secure way to work with us online.
The portal provides easy, secure access to:
- view and sign documents and agreements
- Complete information forms online
- Upload requested documents safely
- Approve documents quickly by ticking a box and typing your name
Our aim has been to make communicating with us and sharing information as straight forward as possible, while keeping your data secure at every step.
There's no longer any need for paper agreements, printing, posting or visiting the office just to sign documents (unless you want to). Everything can now be completed online - even on your smartphone.
The client portal can be accessed:
- Via a web browser using the link at the top of our website
- Through the dedicated app, available to download from the Apple Store or Google Play for even easier access on the go.

Behind the scenes
We have been busy digitising all client records as part of our move towards a fully digital practice. Security is at the heart of this process, and we've taken great care to ensure client data is stored and shared safely.
The addition of the client portal is another step in helping us work smarter, reduce paperwork, and provide a more efficient service for our clients.
